lol, I thought they were sharpie at first... xD I don't use nail polish pens, I use the thin brush thingies, and they're so hard to use on the opposite hand! TT^TT

Thanks! I painted my nails over with yellow nail varnish, and then did the black stars with Sharpies. Liquid eyeliner works pretty well as well ^_^
